We’ve been back from our great summer in Brooklyn for a few weeks now. After completing data collection on the digital government user study, I’m beginning a task-based analysis of the data. While Luanne and I are looking forward to seeing where the data leads us, that definitely won’t be a phd. I love working with her, but the program and I were a poor match. I’ve learned a lot over the last three years, and it’s time to move on.
