Justyna Berzowska is interested in how people interpret information and approach tasks in different situations and environments, and the influence this has on their use of digital environments. Her work falls broadly under information strategy, information architecture, and user research. It also touches on key aspects in information representation, and interaction design.
She has degrees in mathematics (Waterloo) and information studies (Toronto), as well as a user experience specialist certification (Akendi). In addition to her experience in information and user research, she also spent several years as a program manager in an agency environment. She has advised clients in startups, not-for-profits, retail, healthcare, government, and academia.
